Chocolate Sorbet

: (Ingredients (serves 6

40cl of spring water
 60g bitter cocoa
 100g of chocolate
80g of powdered sugar
 10cl cream
 1/2teaspoon vanilla extract

: Preparation of the recipe

Grate the chocolate. Bring the water to a simmer 3 minutes with the sugar, stirring off the heat. Add the chocolate, stir then add the cream, cocoa and vanilla. Let cool
Pour into ice cream maker and churn 3-4 pm
